Actually this game is part of the Idea Factory Neverland series, but there is a version of this game on the Xbox and PC without all IF Neverland references called Daemon Vector.

Man, I never expected to see Matt playing this. This was one of the games my dad tricked me into playing as a kid, back when he used to use me as a guinea pig to see if the bargain bin slop games he used to buy himself were worth playing. I have a sort of weird fondness for it because of that.

Oh geez, the "Level Up" graphic has the cut-off piece of the "g" from "Stage Clear" on it because they just used a single texture file and carved it up to make different pieces of text. I'd assume this was an issue introduced in the localization, because Japanese doesn't have letters with hangy-down bits, but based on what I know about Japanese games, both those phrases were probably always in English.

You know, I do admire how much Idea Factory has improved as a dev team. From borderline shovelware JRPGs and two of the most poorly rated anime OVAs of all time to Death End Re;Quest and the Neptunia franchise.

I have no idea what the terms are, but the way it's so zoomed in, tilted way too vertically and just some other factor that's making the world look strange all combine to make me downright uncomfortable watching gameplay of this. I can't imagine how much this would suck to play.
