You’re right, Good players WOULD realize that checking your cards for a heart in that situation does PROBABLY mean you don’t have a set of 5’s or 2’s…but GREAT players know that that’s the thought process and will purposely do that to hide their set. And Brad, you’re one of those players that I could see doing that knowing the thought process. 😊

The edge spots are identical to a Bellagio chip. I've played at both properties and come across $5 chips from the other property in pots before.

She's, essentially, buying back the chips she lost. So, instead of pushing all the chips to Brad. Then pulling out a 1K chip and offering to trade for them. She just offered the trade. He could have always refused.
