I wish they had extensions for the actual light bar connections so you could spread the 87.5w bars across a multi-shelf system. Other than that it's a really impressive system and I'm impressed by the price for a US based company.

This is by no means a recommendation but some soldering and some wire shrink covers would allow you yo customize the cable. But I wad also thinking the same thing where you could really make some custom applications using the light bars. I think they really nailed with how thin yet sturdy the bars are and they could be perfec on shelving too

@@TechplantChannel I certainly prefer the extra moisture resistance of custom moulded cables from the manufacturer but that's likely what I'd do if I were to get this system as is.

I'm not sure how many plants you collect or use but, if you ever decide you need heat and humidity setting up a tent like I did is a great application.

Your limitation would be the cord length but beyond that I think you could change spacing progressively like you mentioned

ahh you see well ummm, basically i found these orange fiberglass rods you use to mark a driveway in the winter and put it through the carabiner/clips and wedged it above two of the tent supports that run perpendicular.
