Another floral Nishane that is quite nice is Tuberóza. I bought a Nishane sample set a while back, and that one really stood out to me at the time. I just spritzed a little on my wrist to see if it still hits the same way and it does. More floral and less fruity than Hundred Silent Ways, it may lean just a teensy bit more feminine, but I think the vetiver in the base pulls it back from the brink. Certainly less feminine leaning than Fleur du Male.

Oooooooohhhh idk if I ever tried that one, will have to revisit my samples and see if I have it. Thanks for letting me know 👍 -Dr. M👃

Ahhhhh I’m so glad!! I felt I was overdue to throw a bone to the florals once I finally had a bunch to feature. Florals may be the most historically used notes in perfumery so it felt like something I much needed to make for my channel. Glad you enjoyed :) -Dr. M👃

Hey man, hope you're well! Another great video! Mmmmh, I don't have a lot of floral bombs in my collection, I don't think I like those much. The only ones that came to my mind (if I leave aside Iris and Lavender) are Tom Ford Noir de Noir (earthy black rose) and Roja Oceania (many many flowers in this one but it's mainly the violet to my untrained nose). There's also Frank Olivier Oud Touch but it's more of a rose-oud combination so I'm not sure it counts :-) EDIT: Ha I forgot Un Jardin Sur le Nil which could be considered a floral I suppose.

I didn’t for a long time till I discovered these on this list. I’ve had a lot featuring rose but I’m saving that for its own video, all of these feature other florals as the main players and all are so well balanced to where I don’t find a lot of them to be considered floral “bombs”. Like the title implies they feature more rugged base notes for balance. Ohhhh Noir de Noir would fit perfectly in here, although it is mostly rose based, great suggestion tho! Unfortunately I don’t have it but if I did I would’ve added it to my rose list. Thank you for throwing that in the mix! Oh yeah I’m sure niche blends like Oceania will have touches of florals, seems more common in the niche world, just adding that elegant touch. I will have a few rose ouds in my rose vid, haven’t tried Oud Touch or Un Jardin but I’ll check it out fo sho!! Thanks so much for all the great selections in your comment, love to hear it!! 🙏🙏 -Dr. M👃

A bit of a strange question for you, but have you ever done a scent test for which stand up best after you've been performing? I feel like that would be interesting because I've seen you play and you're chaos personified. Loved the video too :P been looking forward to the floral one

Another great video doc! 👏👏 I was wondering when the next video would come!! What incredible perfumes you have! I don't have that many high-end perfumes... but I could recommend habit rouge rouge prive, where it has orange blossom and that red sensation that it gives by rose and carnation, typical of dna habit rouge! I can think many other florals but cheaper, they don't compete with the ones you showed in the video! I love that men's perfumes have a floral touch! It makes them more elegant. greetings from Argentina ! Pd: love your jackets!! 👍🏻 ◾️Dr.Peste ⚕️

Ahhh thanks so much but to be honest, I think you win the outfit contest hahaha!! Habit Rouge is such an incredible scent, not to spoil anything but I’m actually working on a video all featuring rose based blends and I def plan on highlighting HB in that. So keep an eye out, that will be coming soon 👍👍 Yeah I feel like when it comes to florals, it’s harder to make a great smelling cheapie! Cheap floral aroma chemicals can come across pretty nasty! But that being said, there are some diamonds out there in the bargain barrel rough! HB is a great example of a more affordable gem, then again, far from cheapie status. Toy Boy is really good, which is another one I plan on featuring in my rose vid. The cheapest one on this list I believe would be Shalimar but still, closer to the HB price point. This was a list where I felt I had no choice but to only select from the top shelf cuz florals can be hit or miss and I was going for quality. I think my rose list will feature more affordable options. Maybe rose is an easier note to fake utilizing cheaper materials rather than white florals? After all, nobody wants to smell like hairspray 🤮!! Thanks again for the nice comment 😉 -Dr. M👃
@Dr.Peste.5 ай бұрын
@@dr.magnifiscent I completely agree! It is difficult to find cheap floral perfumes that feel of good quality... its true, The rose is easier to achieve using cheap materials. On the other hand, low-quality white florals feel synthetic, as if they were cleaning products. I have some of them and its difficult to use them. ◾️Dr.Peste ⚕️
