I believe the Egyptians had knowledge of perfume. Also, the purification of air through herbs is very old knowledge. During the plague in France, les 4 voleurs was created. But yes Santa Maria Novella does lovely scents.

Your video randomly appeared for me. It was interesting and well illustrated. But as someone who cannot stand ASMR sounds I had a hard time listening to it.
