Dear Chaz, thank you very much! Yeah, you are right. All the tension and energy from the Scherzo is gradually released in the Carillon. Wishing you also a happy and healthy new year!

@@FlorianSorgenfrei indeed progression from one section to the next, building up to the last triumphant one. I do not know the tune (I come from a middle of the road English church background) so it was good to hear something new to me. Thank you also for your good wishes for their year !

@@chazharrison5646 Yeah, you are right. I always try to somehow connect the different sections. Good to hear, indeed I am Catholic and this is for an Evangelical digital church service, so this tune was also new for me. But I really like the cross-religious / cross-denominational work because there´s always something new to discover and for me it´s a great melody no matter where it comes from ;) But I always read the hymns / verses before I start the improvisation in order to convey and support the message. Here it´s about God appearing at night so you don´t have to be sad or frightened at night. You should trust him and live in peace with others. In my improvisation the scherzo it meant to depict the night and thoughts / questions spinning around in your head which will be (after some attempts) be cleared and defeated in the Carillon :)
