thank you for the video! it was such a relaxing watch. i have two questions: how short do you have to cut your nails so they don't interfere with the throwing stage? also, does water ever drip down into your long sleeve, and how much does that suck on a scale of one to ten?
@floriangadsby3 жыл бұрын
Thank you very much! Well, I keep them relatively short, so they don't protrude further than my finger tips. Long nails can definitely be an issue and water almost never drips down my sleeve! Only when I'm throwing spouts and sometimes pulling handles and even then only rarely.

So relaxing! Been researching and trying out and creating different forms of "body doubling" (for task focusing) person-to-person and less directly through KZbin videos... Also am thinking one reason pottery looks so calming is it's a form of connecting with nature (hands in earth) and nature connection relaxes and grounds. Plus creative flow state and local art and feels good to use hands...
