That message at the start about the debating over and over and still having no proof kind of gave me an epiphany. I’m always in my head debating things, religion, philosophy, morals, time, a lot of abstract concepts and it takes up so much of my time. I kind of realized that I’m missing out on being here in the moment and just appreciate my little life that’s going on right infront of me. Thank you rj, this was absolutely breath taking.
