The actual professional lawyers, paralegals, etc, would have been winning lawsuits left and right, and be advertising publicly everywhere IF you knew what you were talking about. I mean seriously, lawyers have been lawyering for centuries, and their one job is to find the illegal or unconstitution thing in their client's case that wins the case and gets them paid as well as makes GREAT publicity and advertising for ther law firm. Not to mention there already would have been HUNDREDS of court precedents that would have prevented Florida from even suggesting it initially. But there isn't any of that, is there?. For what this news article is talking about, which isn't even the definition or action of double sentencing, might be unheard of in Florida.... but iirc Florida also has a chomo neighborhood, trailer park, and mini-town just for the monsters to have a safe place to live, surrounded by and living next to like minded genetic misfires... Um, if the jail is privtely owned especially, it is not double sentencing. Even if it is also susbsidized, the private jail is allowed to charge their own operating fees seperate from what is subsidized. Besides..... If what all you said is true, then why hasnt every jail inmate for decades been able to sue, or been able to have an attorney successfully sue jails for millions of dollars AND WIN THOSE LAWSUITS???? If it is so illegal and unconstitutional, how come every law firm across the country doesn't advertise "Have you been billed for serving time in jail? You may be due compensation. Call our law offices today for a FREE consultation." How come there is not 1 single class action lawsuit filed in history, let alone won in a court room, against jails and prison for charging inmates as double sentencing???

That's not how it works. 😂 Bills must be paid on time, especially government bills. Trust me, im going through legal issues paying off the military right now.😂 When the electricity bill is due on the 15th, it's due in the 15th. Pay or else the power gets shut off. So how does a prisoner serving 30 years in prison pay these bills on 1$ a day if not $0 (as many prisons don't pay their workers at all)? They dont😂. Prisoners dont "pay to stay". Tax payers pay for these prisoners while they are in prison. Prisoners must be fed 3 times a day, have running water, shelter, and electricity. Doesnt matter if they can't pay for it. Nobody has ever been rejected from going to prison because they couldn't afford it.😂😂😂 "Your honor, my client is innocent because he can't afford to stay in prison for 500 years, he will lose his job!" DA "You are right, even though DNA evidence places him at the crime scene, and he even admits to killing these 5 people, plus he recorded it on youtube, also I was at the very scene of the crime and saw him do it, half of the jury were there to and some of them have even recorded the crime on their phones, I suppose he must be found innocent because he can't afford prison😢" judge and jury 😂😂😂 yea it doesn't work like that. Prisons would be empty. So taxpayers are still footing the bills for these inmates. And when the inmates get out after decades in prison, they don't have the job skills, education, connections, or the money to pay back the millions of dollars they owe the state. So what happens then? Nothing.😂 They can't pay what they don't have and you can't send them back to prison for being in debt.😂 that's counter intuitive. They couldn't afford it the first time. So no, pay to stay doesn't work. Tax payers still pay the bills. And the government doesn't get money from the inmates. It's just bad business. I've never heard of people selling houses and cars and buildings to tenants with no or bad credit, no money, no assets, and no way of paying them back, and still be forced to live there or have that car for decades on end and then ask for the money long after you have moved out.😂 It's just bad business.😂
