Opulent...great finishes. Expresso cabinets for the win! Spacious with lots of character. Wonderful model. New builds that are too rich for my pockets, but quick sellers for sure for the right buyers. Thanks for the thorough, steady cam tour.

Love the lighting fixtures in this home. I still cannot understand why the builders in Florida are using cheap wire shelving in these beautiful stunning homes. It just leads me to think they are putting no care to detail. It turns me off to see the stunning homes and every time they either open a closet or a pantry it's those cheap horrible wire shelving.

Living room too small in proportion to the overall size of the house. Too many tiny bedrooms, Fewer and larger would be better. Windows are pedestrian. Lot is too small and offers no privacy from the street. Put windows in all bathrooms. Why do builders all use plastic molded raised panel doors. Flush doors give a more contemporary look and don’t read as cheesy.
