Florida rapper Foolio killed in Tampa shooting

Jacksonville rapper Foolio, whose real name is Charles Jones, was shot and killed in Tampa. Three additional victims are in stable condition after the incident at a Florida hotel. Police are still working to identify the individuals involved.
