That’s a great question! One of the great things about this property is that it is in a flood zone X meaning it has less than 1% probability of flooding and therefore it does not require flood insurance!👍🏻

Just be sure to say in the videos not to contact them, and to come to you first. Idk, just makes me think twice about considering agents that omit the names.
