A random road detail I always love seeing in Florida is how they use the same overhead truss sign structure as they do for singly supported cantilever sign supports. Florida never fails to amaze me with how modern everything looks to me. Great video.

Oh yes. I feel the same way. I like how Tampa and Orlando both have distinct exit signs from other cities. Tampa has white huge metal beam like poles and Orlando has the normal overhead signs but they're painted black. Florida is very modern and nice

Where do you get the signs?

The highway and speed limit signs are from Wikipedia, the rest I make in Inkscape

Will Florida’s Turnpike become future I-83? If it is true, then it will be (2) of I-83, and the other one is connected between Harrisburg Pennsylvania and Baltimore Maryland. I thought it will be future I-3, but it will not happen, and off the grid pattern. I-3 should be west of I-5 and east of Pacific Coast, but it is unlikely to have I-3. However CA-99 could be either I-7 or I-9 for 428 miles between Bakersfield and Red Bluff in California. Meanwhile, I-11 only go from Nogales Arizona as of southern terminus to I-80 in Fernley (east of Reno-Sparks) Nevada. Oregon and Washington are not interested to have I-11 due to insufficient highway budgets.

No, I highly doubt the turnpike will ever be given an interstate designation.

Makes me wonder why the Turnpike isn't 6 lanes wide as of yet like I-75. Switching from 4 to 8 on both sides of the city is just laughing evilly at these bottlneck hells.

Yes, the turnpike should definitely be 3 lanes just like I-75 and I-95 are in FL. Even in the rural parts traffic can get quite bunched up. The management around the edges of Orlando is poor as well, the quick halving of the lanes on both ends creates an awful bottleneck, made worse by the busy SR-417 interchange merging just before the drop on the southern side.
