as i say nearly everytime someone makes this comment in 1 of these videos. They don't care if they have a license or not, they usually already don't have one. Suspending/revoking their license does NOTHING to stop their behavior. There needs to be stricter punishment for offenders of this type, and DAs need to stop pleading them down to misdemeanors and giving them a slap on the wrist...then we MIGHT start seeing a change. I don't think race has got anything to do with it, it's just that some people think they've got a "right" to drive. Driving is not a right, it's a privilege, and when your license is suspended or revoked, you'd better not drive. How many people did she come in contact with that she could have seriously injured or killed? Far too many, even if it were only one (1). Besides, I don't care if it was GPS she was manipulating, it's not legal to do that and drive either. Using ANY MOBILE DEVICE must be completely hands-free!
