I'm from Jacksonville, and made my first trip to the Emerald Coast a month ago. We stayed in Panama City Beach and from there took a day trip to Destin. On our way back to PCB I made a random turn off HWY 98 to "see what we could see". We were absolutely blessed to stumble upon the Seaside area and took a nice, slow drive through a couple of the towns (not sure which two). With that being said, in a month and a half, my wife and I will spend a week in Seacrest for our wedding anniversary due to that random turn off the main road. This video only makes me more excited for our trip over. Terrific stuff! Tremendously beautiful area!

I hope that somehow it is able to maintain that. Hopefully Destin and Panama City Beach will continue to draw the college kids and hard partying crowds and the "old squares" like me can chill in The Truman Show. 😉

Every time we vacation in Destin / Fort Walton Beach, Seaside is a must visit for us. We also enjoy driving old 98 on our way to 30A. Absolutely one of our top destinations to vacation. We have never been to nicer beaches anywhere in the world. From Destin to Panama City Beach the beaches are absolutely amazing. Watching your Video was a bright spot in my day. Brings back wonderful memories. Hope to retire in the area. Thanks

Very nice video, I'll have to check out the area, I'm leaving my home in Rhode Island this weekend with my RV, staying in several of the state parks, Henderson, Topsail, Grayton. I have 3 weeks booked and can;t wait. Never been to the Pan handle but that emerald coast water color and white sand has me thinking I made a good choice. Thanks for the tour I'll definitely have to walk, bike and drive the area in order to capture the beauty of the area.

Is Rosemary Beach just as good as Miramar Beach (like clear water and white sand)?! We typically stay in Miramar but we have a house between Alys beach and rosemary beach (Seacrest area) and I’m excited for a new beach to try out! Thanks!!

Just want to make sure the water and the sand are the same or even better😅😂 (crazy but I feel like the sand and water in Panama City and destin are totally different from the each other) so just trying to make sure it’s like Destins sand and water lol
