The Florida State Seminoles are looking to actually make the 12-team playoffs this upcoming season, undefeated or not. Also, the Florida State Seminoles may be looking to get out of the ACC soon. People don’t realize just how valuable FSU’s AD, and board members are to FSU’s recent success in football. Their AD, board, and head coach are all on the same page, and they all work extremely well together. It’s a far cry from when Wilcox, Jimbo, and the former board was 6-8 years ago, that’s for sure. If you don’t think that’s important just look at where Miami, and especially North Carolina’s AD, and board are currently. They are definitely not on the same page. Basically the ACC will price the exit so that FSU and Clemson can afford it, but no one else can. That's what the negotiation will come down to.

ACC should be on speed dial with tbs, TNT.. they could lose nba this summer.. boom.. that 40 mil a year could turn into 60-65 mil.. they already have march madness.. imagine what they could do with college football... Back door nbc that pays notre dame upwards of 50 mil a year for prime games in next few years.. 2:00 and 7:00 games.. notre dame gets 7:00 pm but how about clemson vs stanford or Miami vs va tech or florida st vs n.carolina the 2:00 pm game.. just saying

I use to watch andy staples prettyregularly, but stopped after the snub. Watched this for Ira, but I still am still out on Andy. I just can't do it.

I disagree that the acc has more to lose. FSU is at risk of getting a lower seed in the playoff based on just the conference it's affiliated with. FSU was already left out entirely after going undefeated. With the likelihood of revenue sharing looking more likely every day, then it's pretty clear that FSU would not be able to compete moving forward. That would destroy the football program. The acc has never prioritized football and they deserve what is coming to them. The best two teams in the conference don't even want to be there.😂😂

Let F$U buy out and get spanked every week in the SEC or play in the freezing cold Big 10. Good luck. I say add Kansas, Memphis, and Ucon. Nobody will touch the ACC in basketball if that’s the case. Also why not take the money F$U and Clemson will have to pay to get out and offer ND a sweet heart deal? Remember they are who pushed the ACC to add Stanford and Cal.
