This video is obviously almost 2 years old. I just came back from there and Ybor is nothing like this. Everything kind of feels closed and there are bums everywhere. Literally bums on every street corner. You're trying to eat dinner, there's a bum sitting next to you. You're trying to walk down the street, there's a bum. It was sad really.

Truth be told…Ybor City is one tattoo parlor after another in between seedy bars, cigar shops and hemp stores. The only thing worth doing is eating at the amazing Columbia restaurant!
