That's one of the reasons why people tend to love fountain pens; that shading effect. When you start letters, it'll usually deposit a bit more ink than at the end of a letter. Which gives a really nice gradient to letters. Not all inks do it, and not in all pens. But colors like this in a broader nip can really give some nice effects.

I’m 53. In high school I took four years of drafting and architecture in a time when Computer Aided Drafting was emerging. We used these and many other devises and I can say I appreciate a hand drawn set of plans so much more than something spit out of a printer with the click of a mouse.

I’m 30 years old and originally from St. Petersburg, FL. Gosh I never knew how special my city was until I got older and begin to travel. I see why so many people move away from up north and come to the sunshine state. I was happy to finally leave and come to Atlanta, Ga when I was about 15 and although I feel like I’d never move back, I find myself always visiting Florida. Because I’m in the neighboring state I usually drive and whenever I’m leaving Florida headed back home, there’s this sense of sadness that always comes over me. I literally be on the verge of tears and I get that feeling every single time I leave no matter how many weeks I spend in my hometown. It’s something about seeing so many familiar faces as you run errands, I’m talking ppl you ain’t seen in years - high school buddies and whatnot in the line at Publix. Then of course all of the family I still have living there. I love *Florida.*
