One thing about fishing in the gulf is having to get up early to make the long run. besides getting bait and making sure you have ice. making runs to the middle grounds or the elbow we always leave at 3 am. I wish we only had 5 mile runs!

I know, that why we moved from the gulf side to the Atlantic side a few years ago. 6 miles out and your in 600 feet of water!
