Using Active Track with the DJI Mavic 3 Pro

Also it seems people talk about "active track" in a general way. There is an actual Active Track, Spotlight Mode and POI...so that's 3 not 1 I have to call DJI

So why when you selected the go option did it look like Spotlight mode was selected and not Active Track?! 🤪

Did you try recording in ProRes? I've heard it can't do active track while recording in that high quality setting.

Hi, thanks for the video. I'd like to ask for your opinion. I tried using Active Track with my bike, but it seemed like it couldn't keep up when I was riding at speeds of 20-25 km/h. Did I do something wrong? Is there a specific setup that can keep up with a 'normal' speed?

You have to go into the settings CNS and use the sliders to adjust the speed.

Will it track boats? I can't get mine to track a boat from the front or side.

It's really a joke how it wants to select it for you with that icon. I tried to practice e with my car and it seemed like was in spotlight mode and not active track. When on a bicycle active track was totally different. It's not intuitive at all.

My thoughts exactly. I have two Mavic 3 pro and a Skydio. I trust the Skydio around twigs and small branches and certainly not active track. The cameras were the draw for me.
