@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS I got a story about 100,000 subscriber Channel collecting money for a homeless veteran and then not giving the homeless vet the money. that was donated I'm working on it now. Because the homeless veteran doesn't have identification. And it's over $2,000

Yes she was, told some truths that others need to hear. She looked cold, wish you had a way to get donations of blankets to give to those out in the cold. Bet many of us would contribute. God Bless You & Katie for all you do. MLR

I am in the middle of terrible, terrible repairs in my small home and art shed, with no doors or the roof in my shed...and I would let her live in there free if no drug trafficking. I want someone to help her so bad. How old is she, and her husband? God bless.

She was very graceful about explaining the situation. She didn’t lie about her actions. She isn’t completely junked out like some people out here, but shes gotta correct herself a little more. The streets swallow people up. I hope shes able to get herself out. Shes definitely not completely addicted but she might use and thats something people on the streets battle with daily. I didn’t ask her about that 🤷🏼 i am at the point where i just assumed most people use. A user and a junkie are not the same thing. Shes definitely not gone.. but like i said how would i know.

I grew up in a shack by a swamp and I was ironically bused to a beautiful forested rich suburban area for school. The British kids had horses, cannon cameras, libraries, summer vacations in Europe and 6 course lunches. My wife and I are rich now but I did not forget my shame and despair. It's like this girl said ,...." YOU , are dancing as fast as you can."

Help homeless people like this young lady. These are people that have struggled. Before I help a pregnant lady getting gas, who knows who she's doin or did or done or why or where or with whom, help a homeless person that tried and could not reach there goals and ended up homeless. That speaks for itself right there. And not Vets either. I'm talking about the young, the mid age, the ones that worked and could not find a job, not the drunks that have been there forever that could have gotten thier life together a long time ago. These people the government targeted, the working class, that totally f* them out of a job and made the economy so hard, that they could not get above water no matter how hard they tried. Give a one way ticket to a city that does provide well for homeless people, not every city funds the same for homeless women especially. Or support a shelter for women to keep them safe and off the street. Or open one for heavens sake, it's tax deductible. I have always wanted to do that, bought a piece of property once and considered doing that, put limited on parking, it was a corner lot with alot of traffic. And boys too, young men also are abused by thier families or out on the street.

I dodge certain types of homeless. The ones who ask for money before they say hello. Totally unreal lifestyle

@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS Like this young lady, ask them thier story if thier asking you for money, why are they there, the innocent will tell you, the ones looking for a hand out for booze won't.

I was homeless in Florida when I was pregnant, my husband and I both got laid off at the same time and it ruined us. The thing about Florida is, they don't have a state tax, so they make all of their money from the police and the justice system. So when you become homeless in Florida, it's real easy to fall into a place where you can never have enough to get off the streets. And the longer that goes on, the more you accept that that's probably your place in life and that's really sad it can ruin you mentally. It's unfortunate that Florida kind of depends on people falling on their face and becoming homeless to make the money they need to run the state. 8 years ago, I moved to New York where there is a state tax (that I barely feel), and I've never been more successful in my life.

States with no income tax aren’t necessarily ‘cheaper’ anyway - trust me, they make up for it in other ways, either through higher sales tax, property tax, etc.

She's right. I grew up in St Cloud. K-12 and some college at the satellite campus. I left Florida in my 2nd year of college and only came back to visit my parents. I saw no one for 20 years then had to return to care for family. I didn't see anyone for 2 years because thankfully, the town had grown. I hated the social system in school with cliques, preps, jocks, druggies, and nerds. Oh yeah, Goth had started too.

Homelessness doesn’t make sense 😐 you have to take care to listen and understand the idea and not take everything as factual. Some things as not precise. You can go away forever at 17 and you can marry an inmate so.. how do you know for certain
