Let’s drive thru the part of town with the “Mexican vibe” and then comment on how run down it is. Then you go through the nice fixed up downtown area with no comment of course. Why is there a flood gauge next to this low lying underpass? Wow. Conroe is one of the fastest growing cities in the country for a reason. Try the west side of Conroe, on Lake Conroe, you couldn’t afford it.

1. Its not a fast growing anything.. i travel all over America this area doesn’t impress me one bit. 2, go look at the reviews of all those apartments going in what makes you think people are gonna keep going there.

@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS Conroe IS the 9th fastest growing city in america. You only showed the oldest part of the city. Conroe has so much to offer, you didn’t show Lake Conroe, Grand central park, the very nice neighborhoods and parks but of course you go based upon the worst part of Conroe. As someone who’s lived in Conroe my whole life, this city is growing and changing really quick. Give it a couple of years and you won’t recognize it
