Thank you. Excellent video. Just took delivery yesterday of a lightly used 2016 Limited Hybrid with only 55k miles and picked up the cross bars earlier this morning. Going out to install them now.

Good luck with it. Hope it goes well. I actually haven't used mine in over a year.

Thank you for the kind comment. I'm kind of embarrassed that I haven't used my roof rack yet. I was going to get a kayak and never did. What are you using your rack for?

for the 2 sliding screws, even i tie very tight before install onto the car, the rail seems still allow to move , is it normal?
@FloridaJoe32 жыл бұрын
I don't think there are any sliding screws in the installation of this particular rail. If there are sliding screws, it should not move after tightening.

Do you know what the two small covers are for on the rails?
@FloridaJoe32 жыл бұрын
Thank you for that question. The roof rack assembly (the silver part that runs the length of the roof on both sides) is held on by six bolts. Two under each of the large covers and one under each of the small covers. The large covers are removed in the video because they also have the crossbar attachment points. Hope this answers your question.
