The eye issue that y’all are describing sounds a lot like what happens to my blood python when her humidity is too low. She gets crinkly ocular scales. Resolves after she’d.

I have zero doubt her wounds won't leave any scars. 2 years ago one of my snakes needed surgery, one week later she shed and tore out all her stitches. The wound was awful. I was so sure it would leave a scar, but 6 or 7 sheds later there was no sign there had ever been a wound at all. So don't worry about Ticktok, be patient and be amazed. In time all will be gone and she'll be more beautiful then ever! 🥰

I remember when we first rescued our Blood Python, her eyes looked wrinkly and had a sunken or puckered appearance. At that time, we thought it might have been stuck eye caps. After a few sheds her eyes lost the puckered appearance. It took nearly a year for them to be smooth and bright like a beautiful Blood Python's eyes. This poor guy has been through so much. He's probably thinking, after all the pain and discomfort he had suffered and that you helped him with, he feels like a champ and his eyes are just a small thing that he's willing to put up with for a while.
