Clearly not planned well and very inconvenient ESPECIALLY for a disabled person. However, these are still nice elevators! Any of the older Otis’s as well as Otis Series 1 through 5 are my favourite!

There’s something like this at the Hampton inn in Huntington WV. But instead they have a series 1 and 5 which are also right next to each other

It is pretty weird how the newer elevator is far from the original one. Also, it is interesting how the original elevator wasn't modded with Series 5 as both elevators runs on the same controller, and how the newer elevator doesn't serve the penthouse (PH).

Whoever thought to put another elevator so far away isn't thinking about accessibility in the first place! That is an ADA fail right there!

Should have gotten rid of the 1980s elevator because from an accessibility standpoint the other elevator looks more ADA friendly. The fact it’s not ADA compliant has to do with the fact both are wired on same controller
