I'm just an old harp player so it's hard not to just focus on his incredible harp playing, but really focus on each musician,my god what talent.little Walter is still the gold standard we all live by.But wow,Carlos is so great.sort of reminds me of paul Delays playing....Spike.Portland Or.

If you like Carlos I’d highly recommend checking out Mitch Kashmar’s stuff. He also has a unique playing style and is quite impressive on both the diatonic and chromatic (although he doesn’t rely on overblows as much as Carlos).

The Man plays a diatonic like a chromatic but blusier thanks to mastering the the technique of overblows. Mad respect. I had the privilege of listening to a weekly jig he had in a small club in Hamilton, Canada.

@@jerryfierro1 Sounds very much like a Paul Butterfield number, very familiar but...Can't think of the piece. Carlos is able to raise the hairs on back of my kneck. This guitarist is one of the best that has ever worked with him, Michael ?

?? sounds a little like Spencer Davis Group's "I'm a Man," especially in that chromatic walk-down. kzbin.info/www/bejne/apDKd3ljr56CiZo

the 5 dislikes are from harmonica hacks that wouldn't know a tongue block from an overblow if it slapped them in the face.
