"Dandelion follow my eyes to the edge but not one step more"

dandelion, follow my eyes to the edge but not one step more it’s the sound that i need from your voice to belong to the shade that i choose in my life and the home is a garden that i can’t keep alive darkest light second cup of coffee we haven’t talked in a long time it’s the dark that i need from your eyes when i look to the sun as it falls from the sky your voice comes quietly into my mind asking “how do you feel in this day?” i wish i could be there, put my hand on your face here it comes now, fill up the floodplain wildest silence, i know it comes from somewhere we haven’t gone in a long time where does death leave it’s eyes in our lives why does life show us life when we look at the sky i’ve never seen summer like the summer this time the days breathing longer than the night let me show you the place where i go when i die, let me show you the place where i go when i die and the home is a garden that can’t keep me alive

try "The Bug Collector" by Haley Hendrericks. you may also enjoy Adrianne Lenker and big thief if you like the indie-folk aspects of this music. the vocals also remind me a lot of Pheobe Bridgers. "Yesterday Was Dramatic Today Is Ok" and "Finally We Are No One" by Mum give me similar gentle but melancholic vibes Aswell, though these two records are a fair bit more experimental than everything ive listed prior
