At the end of the manga the writer secretly hinted that they got married in the end. Also its not really ended ......as in 2019 ..its latest movie was released... Shinjuku private eyes ...in this movie too. ..kind off ...Ryo says in the end that it doesn't matter to him if he sees Kaori as normally dressed or in a wedding outfit...to him the people he loves are always the same....near his heart forever .... And maybe we can still expect another movie..... where maybe they'll be shown getting married.
