John Curry - 1979 Superskates - Scheherezade

There can never be enough renditions of John skating to Scheherezade. This one is beautiful - as they all are - but he also has a beard so extra bonus points for that! Many thanks to the person who shared this with me originally many moons ago.

Delighted to have found this recording of the wonderfully talented John Curry. Even to this day (2024), he is still my favourite ice skater. No-one came close to him. He was born with that special something that made him into the creative soul we all knew and loved. Any lovers of ballet really ought to source all of Johns spectacular work. They'll have a field day, I promise! John has been gone a long time now but so glad that so much of his art has been preserved. Thank you for this down load.
