Just finished your video. You did a great job! You mentioned something about leaving your needles in your WIPs and you’re right they will rust from the sweat in your hands. Trust me on that, I know from experience and it’ll break your heart. If you leave the needles in just move them up to the top of your work so if it does rust it’ll be in the margin 😉 I loved hearing about Philly Cheese Steak and have heard Philly Does It Best! Yum, Someday! I also loved hearing about your Beach Cottage and the Victorians on Cape May. Again, Someday! Can’t wait to watch your WIPS turn into FFO’s. 😊

I enjoyed your video! I use only Amazon bags-they are all the same size so they line up nicely and protect everything inside from dog hair and coffee! Depending on how old that Mirabilia pattern is, they used to come with photographs. I worked in a craft store during college and some of the older patterns even had hand drawn patterns that were photocopied.

Welcome to a new part of your cross stitching journey. I also leave my needles in my projects….one little tip…even though I have never had a needle rust….park your needle outside of your stitching area. Put it out in the margin where it will do no harm. Congratulations on your first flosstube and I await many more 👍🏼👍🏼

That’s a great idea! I think my original thought was to leave it close to the stitching that way I’ll notice I actually left a needle in the project when I go back to it. But I’m definitely gonna try switching to the margin

Wonderful video! My family goes to Wildwood every summer. We’ve been going for 23 years. We have stayed at the same condo in Coastal Colors for the past seven years. We stayed in Cape May before that. We adore Cape May!! My husband and I chose to spend the weekend there for our 10th anniversary this past October! I also lived in Bucks County for 6 years!
