Loved your first video!! You're a natural!! I was tickled to see you fell down the Mirabilia rabbit hole. She's dragged many a stitcher down there....and we went happily!! Lol. Loved your TW dragon!!! What a feat for a first finish after coming back to stitching!! I have the Peacock Tapestry....and it scares me. Lol!! Loved seeing your stash and your taste in stitching. Hope to see more of you. I'm a fan. I'm moseying over to video #2 right now. If you ever want another flosstuber to watch, I'm the Crafty Curator. Best wishes. ☺️

Obsessed Stitcher I will certainly try and keep doing these but as any mom knows, babies and toddlers tend to have their own plans that don't always align with your own :-D

Welcome! Your first video was great, and your TW castle is beautiful! Yes, you will be busy with two little ones, but I did lots of stitching when my kids were tiny as I stitched when they napped. Good luck, and hope to see more videos down the line!

Sheila Norton thank you! Yes nap time is a great time to get some stitching in, if they nap at the same time and I don't need a nap myself! :-)

Great first video! You seem relaxed and are a natural in front of the camera. Your Dragon and Castle looks beautiful, you must be so happy that you finally finished it. The Santa Train stocking is so cute, it looks like a super fun stitch. We know you will be so super busy with the baby, but if you get a chance, I would love to see future videos from you!

deedeerose17 thank you! I'm definitely not super comfortable in front of a camera or group but I've had to figure out ways of managing the nerves over the years with work events from time to time so I guess it's paid off!

You're a natural in front of the camera. Great job! And you're a rockstar for finishing that TW! I have the same Mirabilia - Autumn in my Garden. I was totally drawn in to it, reminds me of a vintage magazine cover. I'm looking forward to your next video.

Welcome!!!! Congratulations on your impending baby girl! How fun! I looooove the stocking! I considered doing that but my boys have hand knit ones their grandmother made... they are spoiled enough! I am also working on that Janlynn kit! I saw it on Sarah Marie Shears channel and I had to have it! Have not got much done! That Indian Peacock is so fabulous, I see it every time I am at Hobby Lobby and think about picking it up. Our zoo here in Colorado Springs and they have peacocks just wandering about, they kinda freak me out though because they are food aggressive! Eek! You look like the girl in the Autumn Mira!!!!
@lilyat42stitches748 жыл бұрын
Andrea Stitches in Colorado thank you! Maybe it's my similarity to the lady in Autumn in my Garden that attracts me to it? Oh my but that would be too narcissistic of me! Lol. The Indian Peacock did the same to me, kept calling to me every time I saw it until I couldn't resist any more (that little tease!)

@lilyat42stitches748 жыл бұрын
Carrie Preston agreed, I'm usually not too concerned with the back :-). So long as it's not so messy that it makes the stitching difficult or the piece bumpy when mounted, I don't worry too much
