I've had the pleasure of meeting Dawn Cook Ronigan. She is delightful and has quite the collection of antique applique quilts that she has reproduced and sells the patterns. She is also an avid lover of samplers. I wouldn't be surprised if you meet her at the Great British sampler retreat. I just love your KZbins and never miss one. We used to own a farm, it was a lovely life.

Agreed its like a hot November here in Scotland to just waiting for the thunder. Brilliant not boring vidio again. there was a fantastic kraft collective exhibition at the dovecote gallery in Edinburgh with inspirational colour combination. Alway mean to comment this not stitching but love the herring curtains. Look forward to seeing more stitching and the progress on circle quilt kindly kirsty.

Fabulous floss tube. I missed you. You did make me laugh about your soaking in Lampeter. Our weather at the moment I think can only be akin to monsoon weather. Being a postie who has taken the week off. I have watched the weather with a slight feeling of smugness. But as my only holidays are August bank holiday near Abergavenny and September in Anglesey. I’m certainly hoping Mother Nature pulls her socks up. However with all my moaning about the weather I have got a fair bit of stitching done. Have you ever tried paintbox threads on Etsy. Zoe is a hand dyed thread maker in Hereford area. Not far from me. She has been dyeing up a storm ready for festival of quilts. She has had some amazing colours on Facebook of late??
