Annie I love the finishes on your cross stitching. They are beautiful. I'm glad to see you today but please remember you always take time for you first and rest when needed. We are all here for you because we have a wonderful community with kind people who care. I took my "Birdhouse Welcome" and two Halloween and one Christmas cross stitching to the framers (Sept 8th) and will pick it up Sept 22nd. I am excited and can't wait to see them. It is a wonderful feeling when you have accomplished the work we do and to display in for others to see. I have been working on my "Still Life's" by Jeanette Crews. I am doing the sunflower pattern. There are 4 pages and I am 3/4 done on the 1st page. When I went to the framers to have my "Birdhouse Welcome" and two Halloween patterns I just keep it simple and did not put a mat on them because I felt it would have taken away the look of the patterns and the colors. I did put a frame around the Christmas one. It is a brown frame and a little red insert and I really liked the look of it. Always look forward to seeing your video's. The Lord wants you to take time and enjoy in your new season (maybe not mosquito season) so you can spread love in the wave of people, students and stitchers alike. Oh Annie, your spirit seems so lifted! I do hope that all of your classes, clubs, carpool... continue to be manageable and allow you a little time for yourself (whether stitching or just putting your feet up and relaxing). I loved how you spoke of your grandmother and how close you were to her. I lost my maternal grandmother 27 years ago and my emotions are always floating under the surface in regards to her. I still miss her - she was that special to me. I feel and think that my grief for her and perhaps your grief is honoring the relationship which was so very special. Take care!

Thanks for another video. I do enjoy and definitely agree with everyone that you should do them when you want and feel able to. We'll survive and if we're missing you terribly we can watch old videos too. I'm currently stitching Hello Sunshine and was tempted by the Nutcracker but have enough projects on the go. Enjoy it when you get to it. I have a few projects that are quite confetti heavy so the bright blocks of colour are a nice change and quite easy stitching. We've just started spring here in Melbourne, Australia and the bright colours on this one seem very suitable (summer is more washed out than bright - usually quite hot). Have a great week.

I watch videos as they come out and do not think anything about it. Life happens 😌 and sometimes we are doing all we can. I enjoy your videos but don't always get to every one. You are such a loving person and sometimes can give too much of yourself. Remember there is only so much time and energy. Your projects are so lovely. I am not a primitive fan which puts me in the minority in cross stitch. My projects are so different from any other stitchers but I like to look at what others are doing.
