Oh my goodness! My mom stitched that exact Noah’s Ark piece at some point before I was born, and I have such fond memories of it. It’s so amazing to see it again, and I can’t wait to watch you stitch it.

Oh my goodness!! That Avon Noah’s Ark took me back about 47 years!! My mom bought that for me for some unknown reason when I was about 12. It was my first crewel embroidery. I think I finally pulled it out when I was about 20 and finished it. I wish I still had it but pretty sure I sent it to Goodwill several years ago. I can’t wait to see yours finished. Mine was not too bad for a first time. Enjoy!!!

Annie love your finishes and the works in progress. Fabulous!!! Luna is adorable with the floppy ears. I went to Shepards bush last week and bought patterns and some material. I bought the fox and gathering acorns by Garden cottage, Christmas Eve by prairie schooler, Time for God by Lizzy Kate, Fraktur flowers by La-D-Da, Peace snowmen with birds by Stoney Creek, Game of Swannes by Long Dog Sampler, Autumn rules by Primrose cottage, and material. Whew!! I will be going back sometime this week and look at a couple of patterns that I want to get. I have never stitched on these designers except Stoney Creek and looking forward to maybe do one this year (will see). Always look forward to seeing your channel. You are a joy to watch. Hi Annie, long time subscriber but rare commenter, I love your videos and love that you are supporting Ukrainian designers! I wanted to just give you a heads up, because obviously it was not your intention in any way, but referring to the country as “the Ukraine” instead of just Ukraine is seen as a way to undermine the nation’s sovereignty and is frowned upon by most Ukrainians. Again it’s very clear this is NOT your intention in any way, but this was explained to me by a dear friend years ago and I thought I’d just pass along the information! Love seeing all your stitching!
