Take the should out of stitching statements. I love doing Christmas ornaments! My first flosstube last year was an ornament parade. Have fun!

Oh I love that idea, I really need to incorporate that into my life more! I'll definitely check out your ornament parade, I love them!

Hi Hannah. We don't have skunks in Newfoundland, but when we were living in Nova Scotia and on the highway, we always knew when we passed one. 🫢 Great stitching on your wips. I'm not always stratigic with my fancy floss. Sometimes, I just stitch where I want to. It really depends on how much variation there is in the thread.

Lucky you don't have skunks! One passed by my living room window the other night to get a drink of water from the dish I have out, and I could smell it even without it spraying! I need to have that motto more with my fancy floss, just stitching however is easiest. I suppose there's always time to try it out!

@LadybugStitches The only thing to remember with fancy floss is if you really want the varigation to show do one x at a time, but I know lots of people that don't
@LadybugStitches2 ай бұрын
@@stitchingontherock that’s good to know, and luckily wouldn’t be hard for me to I typically do one x at a time anyway! ☺️

Welcome back, Hannah! I was wondering how your hands were doing and then I saw your video notification popup! Your duck riding the turtle back is sure cute. It sounds like you have exciting things developing in your design business! You don't look old enough to have two degrees. 😂 Ancient Egypt has always intrigued me and I wanted to be an archeologist for a long time. There's a KZbin channel I watch that regularly puts out Ancient Egyptian news/discoveries. i just learned who Tiye was. What do you think of the pyramids being light sources vs tombs? Have you tried live trapping your pesky raccoons? We had great success in doing that. I'm glad that they didn't hurt your birds. So many fun things of being on a farm. I'm so happy to have watched you today and I like your "just talking now." hahaha Have a wonderful weekend!

Haha thank you! I just turned 25 ☺️ I did my degrees back to back so the second one only took a year to complete! We have a live trap that we use, and the first time we caught one of the cats and the second time we caught nothing. We are hoping to set it again soon, but in the meantime I’ve closed the chicken coop in more so it can’t get in. Lots of fun stuff 🤪 Hope you have a great weekend too!
