I am 70 years old and live in the state of Michigan, in the USA. While watching this flosstube, I was absolutely shocked. About 3 years ago I saw the Christmas tree that you showed, from UB Design. I have searched for it for years. I immediately Googled it and found it at a shop in a the states. They actually just started carrying UB Designs. They have about 6 books. I plan on ordering all of them, thanks to you. I am re-watching this episode as I type this comment. When I am done I am going to binge watch your other episodes. I always enjoy your videos. I think you could enlarge the pear outline on a photocopier to make it the correct size for finishing. I hope you had some sunshine as we did this week. Last week was very misty with low clouds so I stitched something cheerful. The bobbin box is beautiful and the design reminds me of a piece stitched in wools. I'm pleased you got permission to copy and stitch the sofa piece and look forward to what you eventually make. I'm going to a Knitting and Stitching Show on Thursday so I'm looking forward to all the beautiful pieces that will be displayed. Hi Hanneke! I enjoy your videos so much! We have very similar taste. I have been stitching a lot on Pastoral which you showed a few videos ago. I love it so much, so thank you for enticing me to buy it! You sent me off in search of Jackie Beau cross stitch and it seems they are now selling under the name Anna’s Xstitch on Etsy. Very lovely WIPS. Lovely new patterns especially from UB designs. My favourite is the one with the tree and borders. The problem is that I don’t want to buy any more patterns because I already have so many. That’s one of the reasons I didn’t go to Groningen (self protection 😉) I think I can find a pattern in my stash to stitch on Misty. Thank you for your time to make another entertaining video. Ik krijg altijd zin om mijn werkje erbij te pakken tijdens het kijken van je video’s (dus ook zeker gedaan!). Je aankopen zijn echt geweldig mooi, ik ga zeker een beurs bezoeken als het wat dichterbij zal zijn. Het doek misty is echt prachtig, ik ben recent begonnen met hoge counts linnen en ik vind het vintage effect ervan echt super. Ik hoop dat je de stitch with me gaat opnemen 🪡

Thanks for the info! There are a few shops here too, but usually they have a few patterns. The market stand I went to had hundreds :). I felt like a child in a candy shop! Luckily I wasn't the only one :)

Congratulations for getting permission to do a pattern on Hora's cross stitiching. It is lovely! Is it possible to recreate Hora's stitching on 40 count linen, 1 over 1, rather than 20 ct aida, 1 over 1? I think the linen would give it an elegant look.

Thank you so much. I never stitch on linnen and I would like to show aida stitchers like myself reproductions can look as pretty on aida fabric. But I agree with you that it will look stunning on linnen! Happy stitching!
