Dear Pam and Steph I just wanted to thank you for all you do your time you give us is endless and in this you have inspired me to sometime live alittle I’ve been so enthused on your excitement of Wicked I had wanted to go to our newly built theater but the idea of sitting for three hours is something I’m am unable to do (back pain) so when Pam started talking about streaming I looked into it but was at first taking aback by the the $30 prize tag!!! And then I thought why Not!! OMG I am loving it and I get to pause it rewind, get up stretch and then sit stitch and fall in love with this beautiful movie in the comfort of my own home so thank you for All you do for us your stitching friend in Iowa❤

BABY DRIPPINGS had me laughing so hard I cried. 😂 I also tear up at Cardinal sayings! I must purchase and stitch the cardinal pattern you showed. My Grandpa passed 3 years ago (I can’t believe it’s been that long) but not long after he did, I started seeing cardinals everywhere. Then I was going through the process for my new government job at the time and I was nervous. I sat in my car and was letting my anxiety get the best of me. I looked up and a cardinal came and landed on my front windshield and he sat there staring at me for at least ten minutes. I knew it was my Grandpa. ❤️ Hope you both have a wonderful New Year and can’t wait to follow you in the year ahead!! ✨

I did a fully finished a sampler in memory of Alice Young, the first person hung as a witch in 1647. It turned out beautifully! I think it is important to remember people hung due to hysteria. Haven't watched you in a while and really enjoyed you two.

For the beads on a scroll frame, try quilt batting. You can lay a small piece of quilt batting on top of the beads, and then you can roll the scroll rods without crishing the beads.

In response to your comment about who would use an embroidered tablecloth. My grandmother crocheted tablecloths, dolly’s, and table runners. She had fancy ones for birthdays and holidays, and every day ones that we ate on. She also embroidered her initials on her handkerchiefs that she used for blowing her nose and wiping her face. Today we are so far removed from this delicate handwork that we treasure it by framing or turning it into something that isn’t to be used other than display.

Love all of your stitching and Pam’s Jim Shore piece! I have a large Mill Hill project on scroll rods right now. Lots of beading and ribbon work. My best suggestion is to NOT over tighten when rolling the rods. Some of my beads are looking a little wonky at the moment.😳

I saw on Teresa the little stitcher. She uses felt between her scroll rod and her bead work so she can roll the piece up as she’s doing the rest of the beating. It works beautifully.

Wednesday morning (1/1), I was sitting in my chair, knitting, and I went "oh, hell" - turns out, I'd forgotten. We watched an awful lot of college football that day and night. Edit: with Michigan (GO BLUE!) beating Ohio and Ohio beating Oregon and Oregon beating Michigan, I feel like there's that multiple Spiderman meme when they're all pointing at each other. But I think we can all agree, that with both Ohio and Michigan beating SEC teams, that the only good answer is "HA. HA HA HAH."
