Loved seeing your floss tube today. It was nice to see someone stitching Just Nan and the Drawn Thread. Also loved seeing your August sampler plans and some of your WIPs ❤.

Thank you. Just Nan and the Drawn Thread have been favourite designers of mine since I first started stitching in the mid nineties. I have folders full off their designs that I still want to stitch along with all the new one's!

A lovely watch as ever and it was so lovely to meet and chat to you at the weekend - I really had a great time and would love to meet up if we are in the neighbourhood. I think the retreat piece will look fabulous on that purple. I am just working on mine now and thinking that it has more work in it than I thought! Have a really lovely summer break and I look forward to seeing your progress on all those samplers and also Glastonbury Garden which lurks unstarted in my drawer of doom….

Thank you Alison, it was great to meet you at the Big Stitch and would be good to catch up again if we are in the same part of the country. I think that we probably all have drawers of Doom although in my case there are several shelves of Doom as well...🤔🙄🤣

Just Nan, Shepherd's Bush and Drawn Thread? We are , I believe, kindred spirits! I love them all, too, and have stitched many of them.

Thank you Sue, They were some of the first designers I fell in love with and they are most of the finishes that I have displayed round my house.

Thank you. The Big Stitch was wonderful, I would recommend it. They are talking of running it again sometime in 2026 if you wanted to start thinking about it now.
