I never got off the waitlist for Barefoot Needlearts and was sad that I missed seeing you and all the other stitchers. I live on the Cape in Dennis and we got 8 inches of heavy wet snow that has now turned to ice. You never know with New England. We are lucky with the salt air it helps melt it away…. Another great video!

Great video today!! Kathy, you say you can’t get hoops to tighten enough. I have a small screw driver that belongs in my sewing machine drawer that I have now put in my cross stitch accessory bag to use for tightening my hoop screw. It’s got a wide flat head and is about 2 1/2” long. Works like a charm. I can straighten and tighten my fabric as I slowly tighten the screw. Try it!!😊

All,of the finishes and WIPS are amazing. You both do such beautiful work. I watched a FlossTuber the other day who had been very hurt by a comment. That’s what her short video was about. So I went back to see what was in the video where the comment was posted. It wasn’t nice and I have no idea why the comment was made. It made no sense. Anyway, mentioning kindness several times reminds me to focus on being kind. Thanks for the reminders. Flosstubers I enjoy are The Sable Stitxhers, Linnie and Roberta, Nancy The Disorderly Stitcher, Jessica, Sweetwater Stitcher, Anabella’s, Welcome Stitchery, Justine and Shelley Lynn and they are so funny together. I also like Annie The Proper Stitcher. I could go on and on. I really enjoyed your video and I’m looking forward to your next one.

Great video ladies! Wonderful finishes! I also finished Christmas Bells and will be starting Winter Rose Manor. I think North Alabama had all your snow in January. We were closed for a week! Finished my snow day stitch which was January Word Play by Brenda Gervais! It’s such a shame that the nasty attitudes have invaded the crafting community as a whole. The diversity among crafters makes it interesting, sparks creativity, and creates new learning opportunities! Happy stitching!

Wonderful floss tube! I love seeing your faces pop up on KZbin - love taking special time to sit down with paper and pen as I watch your wips, FFO’s and haul. I do have a question … totally interested in the floss tags for your weeks dye works floss. Where can I find them and what are they called? I rewound the clip and it sounded like you got them on Amazon but I didn’t catch the maker. You mentioned “Holly” but that was all I caught. Thanks ◡̈

Another enjoyable video. I love your finishes, WIPs and plans. I have been watching A Dutch Stitcher since her first video. She has a wonderful eye for colour, and has cost me a few pennies, nickels and dimes in purchases! Kathy, one year my 4 kids were exchanging names amongst themselves for Christmas gifts. My son put the names in the hat, each daughter pulled out a name, and he pulled the last one, and said this won't work, I got my own. The looks on their faces as each of them had gotten him as well! It's still a family joke when names are drawn for our family Secret Santa.

Massachusetts here and yes, they got the snow completely wrong. I live in a town just next to Plymouth along the Cape Cod Canal. All day Monday the totals were going up and up then we woke up Tuesday and they were like “just kidding”. Most places ended up with maybe an inch or two. We had a little band go over us and the Cape that produced more like 6 inches. The Vineyard was just supposed to get rain and they ended up with 9 inches. Oh well, that is New England for you. My husband and I took a little last minute 2-day trip up there 2 weeks ago so I could go to The Crafty Grimalkin. My husband is a self employed musician so we always try to support the small businesses. Reese was so kind and couldn’t believe we drove from Cape Cod just to go to her shop. Thank you for your videos, I enjoy each and every one of them.
