Hi Kelly! That was phenomenal! I'm so glad to have seen all of these projects. It gives me a baseline since I have only been watching you (and stitching) for a few months. You have so many fantastical patterns 😯 The octopus woman (girl?) with the squid is something else. Her face is beautiful. I am still doing small quick finishes as we've had so much going on in our family. It still makes me happy though and I feel like a part of the action 😊 You look lovely today as does Reggie! You talk about a summer day... We just had piles and piles of snow and then ice rain which encased the cars and everything else again and kept us stuck at home. It poured and enough snow melted so we could get together with family for Christmas. Kelly my daughter and I made some snowmen earrings this year. Tradewinds is on my eventual to do list, but I need to finish at least 1 of my current TWs before I start a new one. Only one 2020 start is left on my list (a TW of course lol), 2022 had a bunch of starts, but mostly ornament sized on purpose. Ornament sized actually get finished and thus let’s me try to focus on old lingering projects.

I LOVE THIS - but I am going to blame you in 12 months time - when I also have a pile of uncompleted cross stitches haha - this concept is completely new to me until I came across your channel a few months ago - that people have more than one project on the go at a time, since then I have taken on a humongous pokemon challenge, started a Gustav Klimt art piece for a friend, joined three sals to begin all in January !! HAHAHAHAHAHA I am now officially a multi project person but some of yours are 5 years ongoing, I'd have to do this in chronological order. I know all of us crafters have hoarding capabilities but I really think you have evoked something new in me lol - I love your updates and will be looking forward to the completed works

I have been enjoying your Firefly, and I am interested in your using tent stitch for the background. Can you tell the difference between the two types of stitches in the same project? I am wanting to change to tent stitch, but am concerned about all the WIPS that I still have to work on. It would be wonderful if I could start it on my old projects!! Thanks! Cheers, Judy
