Kim I always love your projects, especially the birds you have stitched. And so when I heard that Sylvia was releasing Beloved, I immediately preordered it and My Little Sampler by her to stitch this year if I can keep up! So I would love to join that SAL with others stitching as it is very motivating for me. Please let us know what the Sal name will be going forward. I recently counted that I have a little over 60 completed stitched pieces that need some sort of finishing....and I just keep adding to that pile! It's terrible! 😂 You showed such lovely things today that you are working on. I forget the name of the sampler, but I was shocked when you said you were going to stitch the whole thing including the border! 😂 You must really be in love with that one! All of your little pillow finishes are so beautiful, Kim. I also love the heart and strawberries and the husswife you made, they are so beautifully done as well. Congratulations on your first red sampler stitch, it's so beautiful too. I just finished stitching my first red sampler as well. I stitched the red sampler from the Ooh La La book called Les Deux Oiseaux, and it turned out so pretty. The letter W was not charted and for some reason it kind of bugged me, so I added the letter W in both alphabets and had to change the spacing and the motifs on the bottom but it still turned out quite pretty. Thank you for another great video and wonderful stitching update. I love your stitching!

I love your Ersilia's Sampler - lovely and am considering buying/doing it too, but I do have a question- I believe you used Belle Soie - Tulip - how did you work with this silk that it did not appear as it was like - is lightly running over the stitch/light fuzz and if I take a little scissor, I could cut it but would rather not . I have used a smaller piece of silk but wondering if you ran into this issue too. and I love the effect of silk! Thanks for your thoughts.

Oh I hope you stitch her! I use shorter lengths of silk. I will have challenges with lots of different brands, but I just work with it. There are many I haven’t stitched with yet, so I’m not sure if I would have a very favorite!
