The piece that you and your Dad did is such a treasure. It is so beautiful. I do not like bugs either and right now we are fighting off the 17-year Cicadas and they even land on you & hopefully they will be leaving at the end of this month. It has been a very long 5 weeks already. The Cherry Blossoms piece is very unique looking. Stuart looks so adorable. I know what you mean with the zoomies because my dog does it and it is just crazy. Zoomies are fun to watch.❤. Teething or chewing on us is Demon mode😂Not getting much stitching in but enjoying our time with the baby. Abby and Stuart even had their first game, peek a boo tag with my house coat. I wear my full length winter robe to keep mosquitoes off when I take the dog out for final call at night 😅

LOL - 1 year ago today, I got my kitten, Buttons ---- she heard the little mice video your kitten was looking at and jumped up on my desk so she could poke at them on my laptop.... So you may have longer than a year before you get the kitten out of the cat! Hahaha! Gotta love cats!!!!🐈😹🐈

Just found you in Floss Tube land today as I’m stitching. Your kitten is so cute. We have 2 dogs and I remember their puppy days, now 6 years old. Luckily, they rarely bother my cross stitching or decorations. Like you, always looking for stuff at our thrift stores to use for finishing it refinishing.

We had two dogs and two cats at one point. Love the energy and routines for keeping everyone happy. Puppyhood is much more taxing than kittening 😳Hubby is so stressed about Christmas but this will be the “learning” year and Stuart can practice on the Halloween tree.🫣Hope to do some thrifting this weekend!

Sneaking away from Stuart must be hard but you have to do what you have to do, I hope you heal quickly. Oh my gosh the basket turned out perfect, love the button bowl so cute, cute sampler design, love the color of threads you used. I use Dawn dish soap for cleaning glass, it takes all the grime and dirt away, I do not use anything with ammonia or bleach or vinegar, they etch the glass. I do not celebrate Halloween but would stitch this without the ghost and spider and web, that way it can hang all fall. Love the Wonder Of Wildflowers, oh my goodness your babies are so adorable.

Adding to my injuries with lil Stuart but we’re so enjoying him! So glad you had a chance to watch. Sure wish I could hang out with viewers for reals! Up at camp and now nursing our dog with a fierce ear infection. Breaks my heart. We drove just over an hour to meet her previous vet who moved up this way to get medication. No different than kids really but we’re not driving to soccer practice or saving for college. Lots of cuddles and reassurance that tomorrow will be a better day. Worse ear infection I’ve ever seen (she’s prone to them). I wonder if someone used ammonia and that’s what caused the foggy glass. Sure relieved it came out ok. I have so many to frame and it gets so expensive.

When you pulled your basket, did you do it open or collapsed? What a difference it made!! That bunny house was a great find!! Could you stick a string of those led lights through the windows, that have a remote, so you don't have to cut it?

I sprayed it with lemon oil both collapsed and open. Can’t remember wait to work on that house! I can try the remote lights, definitely!

Teeny tiny pillows with stabilizer on front and back is a real challenge to turn for finishing. The results are worth it. I do some with fill from JoAnns and some with crushed walnut shells. Good luck.

With the Easter display it looks like there's a hole behind the rabbits you might be able to use to get lights in and tuck in the battery pack. It's a thought. Another great video before I go to work! Thanks so much!!

My babies are 11 and 12/ and they still get in the way every time I sit down to stitch. Sometimes I can convince them to go occupy a different spot for a little while 😊 he is a cutie . Hope you can get in some stitchy time.

I love the star ornament. I've never worked with paper crafts before. What kind of machine do you use the dies (sp?) with to make these types of things? I would love to play around with this type of craft!

@@cindyb4486 if you google manual die cutting machines you’ll see several designs that you crank a die through with paper and pressed between plates. There are several on the market and I’m sure there are some KZbin videos as well. Perhaps I could do a video🤔I love using die cuts for card making❤️

What brand of lemon oil do you use to rejuvenate your wood pieces and baskets?

@@tracymeeker Just Old English. I do them outside on a cardboard piece and let them soak it. If the basket is dirty I do a light water rinse and attack it with a toothbrush first ❤️
