NN, great sampler. Thanks for sharing your errors with us. I feel better knowing I am not the only one. 😀. Besides the new needlepoint I am doing 4 other sewing projects. One is "under the sea" cross stitch on 11 CT Aida. I was sewing away while watching tv and about 5 minutes in noticed the threads were getting short very quickly. I turned over my frame and to my chagrin found knot after knot of tangled threads. I spent the next 10 minutes "defrogging" the work I had done. I had decided not to cut my threads in half, so was working with extra long threads that decided to loop and knot, very cleanly as there was no split threads or indication the horror being created. 😅. Needless to say, I have returned to 18" lengths of threads now. AND, I flip over my frame and work from the reverse more often so I can see potential problems. Habe a blessed day. 💖

I really enjoyed this stitch with me ,my friend....never feel bad or be embarrassed when you make mistake, you are only human and we mess up sometimes. I was frogging right along with you. Not only do you stitch fast but you frog very fast too....it looked like you were frogging out whole cross stitches at one time,I have to take the top leg off and then the bottom. That Halloween pattern is very cute. Looking forward to your next stitch with me or frog with me,doesn't matter....I just enjoy spending time with you. Hope the rest of your week is good stitchy week for you 🥰

Oh the frog put you under his spell, eh? Ha. Yes, this is a relatable video. I tend to make the most mistakes when i get distracted with family, my pets or the TV (or a combination)... it's just too easy to make mistakes so i limit myself to stitching small areas at a time. It's cute and very appropriate to call him a monster. Heehee. Thanks for uploading this video, it made me happy.

I believe anyone who stitches has had to frog. As a matter of fact, I had to yesterday. Thankfully, I caught it early on. But, if I'm working a HAED and the mistake is almost the same color as what it should be, I just press on...no one will notice. 🤣
