Mystery SALs always make me anxious, I was loving everything for Dark Queen until the face reveal. it’s grown on me since the initial reveal, it just really wasn’t what I was expecting. I still started it for my birthday because I do love the rest of it

I agree with you on the face design of the Dark Q of the Earth, I wasn't a fan of the reveal. No harm in dropping something that you're not interested in anymore. The eras quilt is everything!! Nice to finally see a Rep block! I was wondering when you showed your plans for this how long it was going to take before she played a song from that album! I’ve been live steaming her shows every weekend to relive the high from the Arlington show I still haven’t come down from. I also took advantage of your coupon code and ordered some floss drops and I’m obsessed! I was wondering though how you store them once your project is finished? Do you leave the floss on them? Hang them up somewhere? Not sure how I want to go about storing these things once they have floss on them and I’m not using them. ❤

I nearly rolled out of bed, I was so excited when she played Gorgeous! Oh as far as storage, I have a big ziploc bag where I keep all of my floss drop supplies! So I put all my extra hearts and thread drops of various brands on binder rings in the bag, along with some sharpies, scissors, labels, thread winders, all those kinds of things! So then when I'm kitting or de-kitting everything I need to floss drop my floss is in one place! I don't usually store floss on my thread hearts long term, because I put my DMC in a bobbin box, but my plan is to flip over to the atom heart thread bobbins in my bobbin box eventually! Then I'll just use the hearts for fancy floss, and put the fancy floss back on the manufacturers card after!

Which bags, I tend to make a lot of different kinds!😂 If you're looking for a good basic project bag, I highly recommend Elizabeth ann can stitch's tutorials. I use different sizes than hers, but the basic construction is similar!

Omg it did! I've been considering it for like 3 months, and just never did it! It's hard when you've sunk several thousand stitches into something! But it definitely felt freeing afterwards!

So Caraval - yes, I also feel like I have “outgrown” YA Fantasy but this series especially is so overhyped. I read all three because I’m a completionist and they don’t get any better. It was really hard to pinpoint exactly what wasn’t working because the premise is pretty cool and the characters are reasonably well-developed. It’s really not worth continuing the series if you’re not feeling it - except that they’re pretty quick and easy reads! I have been hesitant to give her new series a try (even though I’ve seen positive reviews) because I found this to be so meh.
