I’m planning on doing temperature stitching so I can start to tackle a lot of my small and mini patterns that I keep buying and never actually stitching😂 I don’t like having a ton of projects going at once but I will literally never do them if they’re sharing decision making time with my bigger patterns.

Love the finishes! Yeah go with another Calendar Girl whenever you get a finish on one of them. That way, you'll get your pillow cover pieces done sooner and be able to enjoy them sooner. I haven't ever had to remove the lines like in the tutorial you'd done, but I have several HAEDs with that sort of fabric. I know with some of the pens, the ink could come back if they got cold enough. I don't think they do, but I've no actual idea. I don't watch reality shows, but it's fun seeing you and Jessie Marie enjoy your games. It makes me think I should try to figure something out for the Wizards basketball games. Idk, maybe 1 stitch for each point, x amount for if they have 3 pointers, x for each turnover, x for if they in or y if they lose. I mean I haven't been paying attention this year, but I can't think of anything else I might be able to do a game on like that. I haven't been stitching on my monopoly piece because I've been working on my HAED SAL. Plus knitting socks for presents! lol But once I get page 1 done, I'll go back to that. I'm going to do an extra 50 for the dog as the cat is paying rent this week to the dog. This is a fun challenge.

Great video as always! My question is about your stitching plans. Do you stitch first whatever is calling to you the most? Or, do you have it all scheduled out on specific days? Especially your temperature stitching, do you try to stitch on the specific project on the called for day? Relatively new to watching your videos. Thanks for being such a game enabler, I also have been 0 - 9 temperature stitching. Hope you are having s great Thanksgiving!

I have it all written out on my board, and I look to see which needs how many and how much time I have for the day. The ones that have higher counts I try to get done on my days off since I have more time, and the ones that are 100 I squeeze in whenever, because those don’t take long. No rhyme or reason to when I work on what basically 😂

Amazing finishes. I think the HAED should count for 4 15,000 stitch finishes. Additionally 2 more finishes for the 25k competition with Allstate.

Wow! Way to go with the finishes! I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your boys. I'm starting up playing Monopoly as the cat token again since Merry Mushroom is done. I'm switching to all those stitches going to my Dark Queen of the Sea at least for December. I've also decided to try temperature stitching for a few weeks and see how it goes. Then I'll decide if I'm going to continue it in 2025. I'm going to be doing 30 minutes a project though and it's not all cross stitch wips. I'm including a general 30 minutes of crochet and diamond painting. And 30 minutes on my counted needlework project. Then I have 7 cross stitch wips. I'm keeping the same ones for the whole month no matter how much work they get. Some of them are seasonal and some of them I'm trying to get finished. Have a good week!

I’m in a hyper focus mood because I want finishes. (I need 2 finishes before Christmas.) so I’m rolling ahead in monopoly and jumping around in my picks. I had 1 finish that was a back stitch roll, now I’m working on a gift piece that got called for a gift roll, a small roll and back stitch roll. Then I need to focus on another gift piece which is plugged into various rolls. Then I’m debating pulling out a medium piece and getting it finished so I can plug in something new. I’m also debating redrawing my board so I can switch project names out better…tape a piece of paper on or something…perhaps have better chance/community chest cards. Congratulations on all the finishes. I might hit 20 finishes, but 13 of those would be smalls, so it doesn’t feel as successful as 15 finishes with some of those being large. I was trying to wip down…2 finishes per start…and fall startathon hits and throws everything to the side…16 starts and 17 finishes. Oops. (Maybe we’ll just blame monopoly…every time I land on go I need a new start…yea, let’s do that. 😂😂😂) Can’t wait to see the kitties in Dec. And I fully support hyper focusing on the die hard piece so kiddo can get it for Christmas (and you get another finish). But time for me to get started making Mac & cheese & grabbing a shower before I head to my festivities today.

I just checked the forecast and the low temperature is 35 but the feels like temperature is 30 (st like 4am). I've got a "winter weather" piece that will never get finished because texas doesn't get to or below freezing (or winter precipitation) very often. Should I cheat and use the feel like temperature tomorrow? (It won't get much time...there's places to go and things to cook again.)

for the heart, just do a heart in the middle that is smaller, and blackwork, so just backstitch, and leave it. (Christmas rules)

I will try to remember in my next update but it’s called the Readly app, available on the App Store. There is a…monthly? Subscription for it but for me it’s worth it because you get access to all the magazines along with past issues going back a few years, just don’t remember how many

@ not sure if you can print from the app itself, I did a screenshot off my phone and printed the cover photo that way. What I currently do is the patterns I want to do or have started is I bookmarked the pages so in the app I go to my bookmarks and it pulls up, and you can zoom in to see it closer
