You did a great job! 👍. I just made my first two bows after seeing your bows but before seeing this tut and I was fighting my ribbon too much and I used a pipe cleaner. Next time I will definitely use wire. I did the covered button…had previously made a lot of those sewing my own clothes. The part I like is finding little things for embellishments. I hope you do more tutorials. Love your finishes. Thank you.

Christi, I watched this bow making tutorial when you first made it. It has taken me all this time to give it a try. In the past my bows have always been giant failures. I have such a huge pile of finishing to get busy on so I watched your video again today and have one nice bow that I will be able to use. You recently mentioned that you might do another video on bows. That would be so great if you would share the tips you have learned since this one. And I was wondering if you have any thoughts or experience making larger bows for wreaths. I have been trying to make seasonal wreaths for my front door but the bows I have made so far are so sad looking I can’t use them. Thanks so much for all of your videos. I always look forward to them.

I add a piece of ribbon around the middle instead of using something to cover the center wire. I hot glue edges together in the back.
