I think I had heard your story before on being a 911 operator. I worked in state and local government for many years and had the opportunity to work with the 911 team. It takes an incredible person to perform in such a stressful job. I learned a lot about the types of work that 911 operators have to deal with and in fact, my role was to help outfit their "recovery/retreat" room when a call was particularly troubling. Anyway, I have much admiration for the work you did for your community. The sunflower bag is wonderful. Sunflowers were my mother's favorite and it really reminds me of her.
