I feel you, honey. So many people around me are having their "firsts" after losing their spouses, and it's heartbreaking. There is pain everywhere, but God is still Good. I don't know how people survive without Him. Your projects will be so beautiful.. I do mostly large mama jamas, so no 12 by 12s for me, but I love looking at everyone else's. I think your idea of making monthlys out of them is brilliant! Have a wonderful March!

So good to see you again, Kea :) I love your plan to attack your 12x12 starts, and it was fun to see the progress you've made. I hope that school continues to go smoothly this semester, silly kid statements and all 😆 Continued prayers for you and yours 💜

It took me several days to be able to watch this. You are so kind and loving! In our world where there is so much hatred, war, suffering, and division going on around us it is hard to stay quiet and focus on the good. The kindness and love in the stitching community is amazing and inspiring to me. Thank you for sharing and being so sweet. You are so great at organizing, and the system that you have created for yourself is wonderful!

Enjoyed watching…Shelly at Just Stitching, Inc has a FlossTube and a Facebook page and often shows fabrics in her shop with a skein of DMC. Her shop is in Strongsville, Ohio. Maybe that will help, Molly.😊 Take care! Happy Stitching!🪡🧵❌

Great video Kea 😊 I agree stitching is so much more than just sewing with floss. It benefits us in so many ways and I love this community and everything you do with the common threaded stitcher in our community - thank you! Active listening is so special and in such a busy world we need to listen more now than ever before so thank you for sharing this with our community ❤

I so agree with you so much sadness going around. Stitching definitely helps me so much. Glad it does you too. Beautiful work on all your gorgeous pieces. Sometimes coming up with plans on how to stitch everything you want is the hardest part. I join monthly challenges in different Facebook groups. I love the push to work on certain things each month. Have a wonderful time working on your great projects.

Oh Kea, you have touched me so deeply today. At the beginning of the video, you mentioned what people may be going through. I am struggling with getting my creative spirit back. As the primary caregiver for my husband, who has cancer, life can be overwhelming. I will try to get my rhythm back.❤

It really can be! I appreciate you sharing that with me. I have found in the past, pulling projects out of bags or thumbing through my patterns has really helped spark creativity.

Kea your kind and genuine manner is such a lovely presence in our community. I enjoy seeing what you are stitching on and hearing your plans. My only purchase from market will be Stacy Nash's Miss Hazel squirrel, maybe start a Squirrel-Along! Other than that my stash is getting put to good use this year, in spite of wanting to stitch everything Brenda and Laura show. Happy Stitching!

I watched the first few minutes and subscribed. I understand that sentiment. I feel sad at times that so many are going through so much. It's hard to feel lighthearted when the entirety of our country is in flux. We pray. We listen. I enjoyed your stitchy info too. Thank you!

You have SUCH a sweet heart ❤️ I have lost my voice and for the girl who was ALWAYS talking I have learned to listen ….. REALLY listen. My mind has calmed down as well ….. so now I see what a blessing it is to have lost my voice 😊 My stitching has provided endless hours of quiet but keeps my hands busy and I feel productive.

I love what you said about listening, I have always tried to teach my children and students that you can’t make assumptions about people, everyone has a story and you can’t know their story until you actually listen to it. Very cool plan for your wips! I have started having a monthly small, medium, and large focus project as well as some long term stitches. If I finish one of my focus projects then I can have a new start! It is helping.

Hi, Kea. Really enjoy your floss tubes. I was wondering were you get your Nurge hoop, I ordered one from Fat Quarter shop, it was delivered "not" in the condition I expected 😢 I did call and tell them, waiting for their response. Thanks

What are 12 by 12 projects? Sorry I don’t know.
@KeaBee10 ай бұрын
Great question! On NYE from noon to midnight you start a new project every hour. We’ve done different variations such as 12 WIPS, 12 new starts, or 12 samplers, 6 projects every 2 hours, etc. I have videos about it on my channel if you’d like to watch

Hi Kea, I really enjoy your videos and your calming voice. I would really like to follow you on Instagram but your account is private. I was wanting to watch your 12x12 but wasn't able to. I am not real familiar with how Instagram works. I have an account but don't post. I just follow people at this point. Not sure if you read these comments but if you do, I hope you will respond. Again, great video.
