I'm twice your age and also been watching since around 2017 ... I used to buy phones on release day, especially when Nexus/Pixel and OnePlus would sell out online within an hour, but nowadays I'm in no rush since there's never a new, must-have feature anymore. I don't buy a phone though until I hear what Floss has to say about it. I value his opinion more than any other tech review channel.

My purchased my first Samsung Ultra series phone back in August, and the only time i ever used the S-pen was to mess around with it and see what it can do. I never really had a situation where it actually came in handy, until X-mas night when we were doing family pictures and there wasn't anyone to take the pictures. The S-pen came in clutch! I set my S23 ultra on the mantel and took our picture using the pen! My grandma is in her late 80s and i don't know how many more of these i will be able to take with her, so being able to get the picture with the whole family in it at the same time is very important to me.

i LOVE the format of the screen on the Z fold 5 ! easy to type with 1 hand, same holding it , and all you need you can do it with the outside screen. i really dont want next z folds to have a different screen !

Bought one month ago Honor Magic 5 pro for 750€ , it was a steal for that price. It is true that is underrated, only minus is maybe slower updates but insane camera at all ranges, great display, fast charging and a lot more....

I'm still rocking my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra! Love it! Although I still hate the edge panel and wish the screen was flat but I'm still enjoying it. I've been a Note fan since the Note2 came out and I like my built-in S-Pen. However, I don't like the S-Pen being on the left because I'm right handed and it's always been on the right on the Note line. But overall, I'm still happy with it. Good stuff man. Thanks for introducing me to the xaiomi phones got the 13 pro, although I use my pixel 8 as more but I switch it up. Also for watches I like the pixel watch 2 more than my galaxy, I barely used the GW4 classic since I got the PW2. I like the size to, the GW seems humongous now lol. Overall just cleaner and another especially with the black metal band it's 🔥. Not sure about the crapple watch I'm good on those products lol

Happy to see this video up and know that you are on the mend! Even though I have a Pixel 8 Pro and really love it, I have to admit the Samsung wins the show on looks alone. New year resolutions, tell folks how much I love and appreciate them. Sometimes we don't get another chance. Take more vacation days off from work. im rocking two phones the s23 ultra and the 15 pro max, i feel like the s23 ultra is more work focused, i got the pen to use to take quick notes, i can use it as a cam remote, i cam just plug it into my monitor at work with usb C and have a separate "computer", its perfect to watch movies on, pictures are really good especially with the zoom, and i feel like the 15 pro max for me is more of a laid back chill phone, its fun to put my s23 ultra down and hop on social media, facetime and text my friends on an iphone than a samsung, and recording videos on an iphone is far much better than the s23 ultra, and this is coming from a die hard Samsung owner, i like how apple is stepping in the right direction (forced) with the usb C makes my life a whole lot easier since all of my devices are usb c

A role such as telling the date and time. 34:14 The Pixel 8 Pro speech to text feature is off the chart fabulous, it should have more to offer for the new year. 38:35 I'm surprised with your choice but I like it and diversity is important so using two different OS platforms is useful. 38:35 Flexing two separate phones with different OS platforms is useful. 40:30 Another surprise but you make some valid points about the fast charging being a necessity and the IR blaster is indispensable. 42:07 What can I say I love your choice I gotta respect everybody's end of year phone rewards. Marquis had a Pixel phone being his top phone and that is the way it should be because things should be subjective. Every phone is special and unique in their own way it'll be weird that everybody is choosing the same top end of the phone choice. My end of the phone choice will have to be Google Pixel 8 Pro for all those bananas, exotic Ai features and other Customisable features. A phone of the future must be an Ai featured pack and Ai creative phone that is super interactive.

I have been using a Thinkphone since the end of October - still using an OG Galaxy Watch 46mm. I was all Samsung all the time since 2010 - and there are some intersting little things Samsung does that makes their eco system go. Keeping my device locked if I'm not wearing my watch is one such little feature. Smart Lock with ThinkPhone and galaxy watch keeps the phone unlocked if it's connected - a small detail that makes a difference IMO. There are some "finish" features that I haven't found an equivelent - first party apps. Samsung Gallery has all the features you need to get creative for images and videos that don't come standard on Motorola devices. But, Samsung has too much bloat - doesn't make sense 8GB on ThinkPhone destroys perofrmance of my S22 Ultra (8GB model). I was thinking I should have gotten the Nothing 2 - but Carl kinda disappointed me with their iMessage app - not fully baked, security gaps - what else have they come up short on inside their device?

To me the S23 Ultra is the crown on the cake i have it for a month now and it's really the top line of phones. I even use the lightmode to get more battery life and it works and you don't feel any difference between the standard mode or light mode, so what else do you want?
