For those who might be wondering the bird making the chattering noise at the beginning of the video is an Eagle. They can be pretty chatty.

Yes! American Bald Eagles have a terrifically beautiful call. Where as most movies/shows actually depict an Eagle with a Hawk's call as it's more ferocious sounding, I suppose. 😆🦅

There's a potential jewelry factor, or it can be just a personal satisfaction thing as well.

The value is mostly in the experience, and hunt. Seeing something glow on an otherwise matte landscape is exciting and feels special. I plan to reverse agate hunt in my later years, returning them for others to find.
